Dear Collegues!
Students’ Scientific Society
and Young Scientists’ Council of Bukovinian State  Medical University inform about
VІІІ International Medico-Pharmaceutical Conference of Students and Young Scientists,
which will take place in Chernivtsi, Ukraine,  
March 29-31, 2011.
We kindly invite international students and young scientists (under 35 years) to take part in our scientific forum, where the questions of theoretical, experimental, clinical and preventive medicine will be discussed.

  The conference includes the following topics for discussion:
1.Issues of:
Obstetrics and gynecology; internal medicine; dermatovenereology; experimental medicine and morphology; neurology; oncology; otolaryngology; ophtalmology; pediatrics; preventive medicine; psychiatry; dentistry; traumatology; urology; surgery.
2.Humanities and organizational aspects of medicine.
3.Medical technologies, drugs and food safety.
4.The rights of the doctor and patient: path to mutual understanding.

Forms of participation: active participant, poster report, passive participant.
Confernce materials will be published  in Ukrainan Medical Journal of Young Scientists “Khyst”, electronic version will be posted at BSMU STUDENTS’ SCIeNTIFIC SOCIETY site www.snt.bsmu.edu.ua

Requirements for authors:
1. Abstracts should be printed out in 2 copies. One of them should contain the department (laboratory) chief sign, signs of science advisor and all authors.
2. Authors should add completed application form.
3. All materials should also be burned on a CD-R in .rtf format, named after surname of first author.

5.Materials should be send till February, 1st , 2011.
6. The publication of the works and residence are free of charge.

Important notices!!!
1. Abstracts, printed in other journals or sent to other publishers are not allowed to this conference.
2. Abstracts, sent after 01.02.2011, or are not relevant to the conference or do not meet abstract requirements will NOT be published.
3. One person can not be author in more than 3 abstracts.
4. The authors quantity in one abstract should not exceed 5 persons.

Requirements  for abstracts:
1. All abstracts should be printed on a    standard A4, type Times New Roman, 12 pt, spaced - 1,0; margin: top, bottom – 20 mm, right, left – 25 mm; fit width.
2. Abstracts should not exceed 40 lines.
3. Abstract structure:
· UDC;
· authors’ initials and surname (aged under 35);
· abstract title (caps);
· department or laboratory name;
· academic degree, initials and surname of scientific advisor (in brackets);
· university’s full name, city and country, where the school is located;
· text of abstract.
4. Abstract should include topicality aim of the study, material and methods, results and discussion.
5. The names of companies that produce drugs, equipment, reagents etc. should be provided in original transcription indicating the country.
6.  Comply with international nomenclatures.
7. All abbreviations (except units of measure) to be used only after mentioning the full term.
8. Abstracts should not include tables, graphs, illustrations.
